• Nature of Wicker and Rattan:
Rattan and wicker is a natural product, some irregularities are to be expected and should not be construed as damaged merchandise. Due to the nature of our product, dimensions are approximate and may vary from item to item. We are not responsible for fabric dye lots.

• FOR PRICES, unless otherwise specified, all Rumah Rattan prices you see in our price list are in US Dollar, FOB Jakarta, Indonesia, by fully loaded container 20ft(30m3) or 40ft(60m3) or 40HQ(71m3)

• We still accept for the SAMPLE ORDER, it means the quantity is LOWER THAN 20 PC and if the order is lower than 20 pc we will charge higher 25% than the basic price. Pls notice

• FOR THE VOLUME ORDER, while care has been taken to give accurate information, there maybe some inaccuracy or variation especially for sizes and loadabilities. Moreover in case of mixed container, with a lot of product, it is sometimes difficult to calculate precisely the volume of the order. Our order is 10% more or less accurate. Prices are subject to change with sort notice, or even without notice, due to many factors beyond the control of our suppliers (sudden depreciation, or appreciation of the Indonesia Rupiah against the US Dollar).Therefore, all prices must be re-confirmed by CV. Rumah Rattan upon order.

• PAYMENT must be At Sight LC Irrevocable with negotiation at any Bank or 50% Down payment + payment upon receive of invoice via e-mail. Pls note that in case of downpayment, original documents will only be sent upon full payment of total payment

• To avoid disappointment, we have set up a simple rule: we announce you 45 PRODUCTION TIME from the day we receive LC copy or downpayment copy, while we are asking 30 days from our workers. This way, we either ship 1 or 2 weeks earlier, or at worse, on time. Or for big quantity order the date of shipment will be take some more times.

• WASH COLOR must add 4% from the basic price.

• For CUSHION seat uses solid foam & back with dacron, linen uses CP white, density ± 20. F-5 or F-10, it means the thickness of the cushion is F-5 = 5 cm Thickness & F-10 = 10 cm Thickness. For Cushion uses Mojo & Glo Motif are increase 30% from CP White Motif.

• Due to the nature of all rattan material and textiles, colour differences between one shipment to another, rolls and batches may occur which are unavoidable The tolerance + 10%

• PLASTIC ORDER, for item combine with plastic have a minimum order. Price listed above valid for minimum 200 pieces item inquiry. For order less than 200 pieces, we will charge additional 25% from product price listed.

• FOR CROCO/sarbuy, the natural color For this product are unstable, sometimes are really black and sometimes is much more less than that. It really defend from which are. They take It or the weather condition right now.

• DELIVERY NEAR MUSLIM NEW YEAR (MNYJ) Special attention needs to be taken before Muslim New Year period (2005 : 04th November, 2006 : 24th October, 2007 : 13th October, 2008 : 2 cd October). By law, containers are forbidden on the roads, 7 days before MNYJ. Then, Indonesia factories will close for 2 weeks, from the date of MNYJ. Practically it takes 3 to 4 weeks more than usual to proceed orders when comes the time of MNYJ. To avoid the rush of year end orders, we strongly advise our potential customers, to plan their orders as early as possible, to be able to receive goods for the Xmas season.

• CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN are available at our cost. However they will be issued only upon request.

• FUMIGATION, pls note that our products are systematically fumigated. A certificate will be issued only upon request. And we also made a service for our customer with put some Superdry in each container. Superdry is only to absorb the humid inside the container in a way to your destination.

• Fabric material availability will depend on our suppliers’ ready stock/production schedule. Unless you purchase for minimum 500 m amount, we will need to check it first.  For purchase amount of 500m or more, we can make special deal that your order can be fulfilled quickly.

• For Packing System, we use single face corrugated paper this include in price but if you want to use a carton box it will be add depend on each product.
